It's been a jobs recovery like no other.  As the nation emerges from the darkness of the pandemic and moves closer to closing the coronavirus-induced employment gap, many of us are wondering what happens next. 

In 2021, labor shortages were front and center. Whether you called it the great resignation, the great churn or simply the great quit, the workplace was in flux.

This year, the labor market evolution will continue as we move from the great resignation to what we’re calling the great realignment. Employees and companies are forging a new way as they adjust to a changing workplace.
